Bringing talented people together, to work, network and share ideas provides workforce development services for our community.

This concept is central to The Spirit of Madison’s purpose. A talent pool helps retain professionals in our community and can be leveraged to promote Madison as a great place to relocate to. The Spirit of Madison, itself, was founded upon the ideas of talented individuals within our community.

Talent Incubator

In the future the Spirit of Madison will serve as a talent incubator. We believe that brining professionals together will grow success stories. From these success stories more individuals will be drawn to Madison and that’s just what the Spirit of Madison is all about.
